Online Workshop on Innovations in Food Bioprocessing

FOOD INNOVATION RI and the Food Biotechnology Group of the Department of Chemistry of the University of Patras are organizing an online workshop entitled "Innovations in Food Bioprocessing" that will take place on 18 November 2021 at 9:30-14:00 (EET).

In this workshop you will meet the FOOD INNOVATION RI coordination team and learn about its scope and activities. You will be informed about the recent innovations that the Food Biotechnology Group has developed and offers for further development and exploitation, which include innovations in food production processes  and product development (wine making, brewing, pasteurization, cheese making, probiotics, starter cultures, etc.). You will also have the opportunity to declare your interest in any of the innovations presented and discuss a potential collaboration with FOOD INNOVATION RI.
