FOOD INNOVATION RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURE and the Department of Food Science and Technology of the Ionian University is organising a live workshop entitled “Development of novel food products in the bioeconomy era” that will take place on 10 June 2022 at 17:00-20:00 EEST.
Speakers from the Ionian University and representatives from the Food Industry will cover topics related to recent developments in food product development utilizing emerging and sustainable processes.
