FOOD INNOVATION RI and the Catalysis Group of the Department of Chemistry of the University of Patras are organizing the online workshop entitled “Valorization of Food industry wastes and rapid test development for food authenticity assessment" that will take place on 19 November 2021 at 9:30-11:30 (EET).
In this workshop you will be informed about the recent innovations that the Catalysis Group and the Analytical Chemistry Group of the Department of Chemistry of the University of Patras have developed and offer for further development and exploitation. These include innovations in new strategies for valorization of agro-industrial residues and water treatment and the development of rapid tests for food authentication assessment. You will also have the opportunity to declare your interest in any of the innovations presented and discuss a potential collaboration with FOOD INNOVATION RI.
