FOOD INNOVATION RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURE and the Department of Chemistry of the University of Ioannina are organizing an Online Workshop entitled “The procedure of wine production from native oenological yeasts with improved organoleptic characteristics, and clarification by using plant derived proteases” on June 9, 2022 at 17:00-20:10 EEST.

Speakers from the University of Ioannina will cover topics related to recent advances in wine production.
