FOOD INNOVATION RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURE and the Department of Chemistry of the University of Ioannina are organizing an Online Workshop entitled “Sustainable bioprocesses for the production of Food Flavor Esters” on June 8, 2022 at 17:00-19:30 EEST.
Speakers from the Universities of Ioannina and Patras will cover topics related to recent bioprocesses in production of food flavors.
